These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Participant," "you," or "your") and Blind Blaming LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a Nevada limited liability company operated by Kevin D. St.Clergy, governing your purchase and participation in the AI Workshop for Growth-Minded Professionals (the "Workshop") offered through ai.blindblaming.com.
By purchasing a ticket to the Workshop, accessing the Workshop content, or using any materials provided in connection with the Workshop, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not purchase or participate in the Workshop.
The Workshop is a live, online educational event covering AI tools and strategies for growth-minded professionals. The Workshop includes the following:
The Workshop is delivered at the scheduled date and time as advertised on ai.blindblaming.com. Specific AI tools referenced during the Workshop will be revealed during the live session.
The Workshop is a one time purchase of $149 USD. Payment is processed securely through our third party payment processor at the time of registration. By completing your purchase, you agree to pay the full amount. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.
You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use any payment method you provide and that the information you supply is true, correct, and complete.
We stand behind the quality of the Workshop. If you attend the live Workshop session and are not satisfied with the content, you may request a full refund by emailing [email protected] within 7 days of the live Workshop date.
To qualify for a refund, you must have attended the live session. Simply purchasing and not attending does not qualify for a refund, as the recording will be provided to all registered participants. Refund requests made after the 7 day window will not be honored.
All refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
Upon purchase, you will receive access details for the live Workshop via the email address you provide at registration. It is your responsibility to ensure your email address is correct and that you check for communication from us, including any spam or promotions folders.
A recording of the live Workshop will be made available to all registered participants after the live event. This recording is for your personal, non commercial use only. Access to the recording is provided as a courtesy and may be hosted on a third party platform. We reserve the right to determine the format, hosting platform, and duration of availability for all recordings.
All content delivered in the Workshop, including but not limited to frameworks, strategies, prompt templates, slides, recordings, and any supplemental materials, are the exclusive intellectual property of Blind Blaming LLC and Kevin D. St.Clergy. All rights are reserved.
Your purchase grants you a limited, non exclusive, non transferable, revocable license to access and use the Workshop materials for your own personal and professional development. You may not:

THE WORKSHOP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. BLIND BLAMING LLC MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE WORKSHOP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON INFRINGEMENT, OR ANY WARRANTY ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.
We do not warrant that the Workshop will meet your specific needs, that the content will be error free, or that the live session will be uninterrupted. Technology issues, including internet connectivity, platform outages, and audio or video disruptions, may occur and are not within our control.
The Workshop is for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing in the Workshop constitutes professional, legal, financial, or technical advice. You are solely responsible for evaluating and implementing any strategies, tools, or recommendations discussed during the Workshop.
The Workshop may reference, demonstrate, or recommend third party AI tools, software platforms, and services. Blind Blaming LLC is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for any third party tools discussed during the Workshop. Your use of any third party tool is subject to that tool's own terms of service, privacy policy, and pricing.
We make no guarantees about the continued availability, pricing, or functionality of any third party tool referenced during the Workshop. Features and capabilities of third party tools may change at any time without notice.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL BLIND BLAMING LLC, KEVIN D. ST.CLERGY, OR ANY OF THEIR AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, AGENTS, OR EMPLOYEES BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR PURCHASE OF OR PARTICIPATION IN THE WORKSHOP, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE WORKSHOP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE WORKSHOP ($149 USD).
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Blind Blaming LLC, Kevin D. St.Clergy, and their respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and contractors from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to: (a) your participation in the Workshop, (b) your use or misuse of any Workshop materials, (c) your violation of these Terms, or (d) your violation of any rights of a third party.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Workshop shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in Denton County, Texas. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.
You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class wide arbitration. All claims must be brought in your individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.
The prevailing party in any dispute shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorneys' fees and costs from the non prevailing party.
Your privacy is important to us. By registering for the Workshop, you consent to the collection and use of your name and email address for the purpose of delivering Workshop access, communications, and related follow up. Our full privacy policy is available at blindblaming.com and governs all data collection related to this Workshop.
We may send you emails related to the Workshop, including access details, reminders, and the recording link. You may also receive marketing communications from Blind Blaming LLC, from which you may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued participation in or access to Workshop materials after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
Waiver. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
Entire Agreement. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Blind Blaming LLC regarding the Workshop and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications, whether written or oral.
Assignment. You may not assign or transfer these Terms or any rights hereunder without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms at any time without notice.
Force Majeure. We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, pandemics, internet outages, platform failures, power outages, or government actions.
Electronic Communications. By participating in the Workshop, you consent to receiving electronic communications from us related to the Workshop and your purchase.
